In the limelight, and behind the scene...
BABLI has always strived to be a COLLABORATIVE SPACE...
Even though we are "technically" a Partnership Firm, the organisation runs more like a "collective", where every individual is entitled to an equal say, in the day-to-day running of the farm.
The stated intent of our "Partnership" organisation is NOT to draw profits from the "business", but to utilise any surplus income for the betterment of the organisation.
As such, BABLI is an effort BY THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE...

BIKRAM SEN
FOUNDING DIRECTOR
Trained as a geologist, he started his career as an upper level Management Executive...
But soon, in the late '70s, he and his wife, Smt. Neela Sen, realised that 'making money' wasn't their calling, as such. They wanted to be part of something that was more socially relevant and in tune with the ideals of their inspirations - such as Rabindranath & Gandhi.
BABLI was the final culmination of their efforts and experiments.
He was always a people-person - with an uncanny mastery over Public Relations, backed by a high level of organisational skills. He conceived, executed and ran BABLI with all his passion and a huge amount of tireless effort.
