Grated raw-mango - preserved in sugar ~ tinged with flavours of roasted jeera (cumin) & hints of red-chilli and spices - very sweet, with a distinct hint of sour, and the freshness of raw-mango!
Sun-cured - like the classic Chhunda - but with a slight "variation" of a part-cook, to mitigate the over-humid weather conditions this year.
